Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel:
Contact all registered guests right away
Offer them the option to transfer to your next workshop
Notify ArtLink of any guest updates or new dates
In case of refund: If guest does not want to transfer and requested a refund, notify ArtLink.
Late Cancellations: (less than 14 days' notice)
1st Time: Friendly reminder and note on file.
2nd Time: One-month pause from hosting new workshops.
3rd Time: You'll no longer be eligible to host at ArtLink Studio.
