after-school art class
ArtLink’s After-School Art Class is an 8-week cumulative program designed for elementary and middle school students to explore the fundamentals of art while developing a finished project of their own.

Each week, students are introduced to new art concepts, techniques, and skills that build upon what they learned the week before. They’ll put those skills into practice as they work on an ongoing project, giving them the opportunity to see their artwork—and their abilities—develop throughout the session.

At the end of the program, students will leave with a completed artwork that reflects their creativity and growth. Finished pieces may also have the opportunity to be featured in one of ArtLink’s galleries!

Classes are divided by age group to provide age-appropriate instruction, projects, and pacing.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Students receive weekly instruction that builds on previous lessons while exploring a variety of art materials through hands-on learning. Over the eight-week session, they’ll develop a cumulative project and leave with a completed artwork to take home. Classes are divided by age group to provide age-appropriate instruction, projects, and pacing.
