Another thing people don’t always mention is how inflation creates this odd psychological pressure. You start wondering whether to buy something now before it increases again, or postpone purchases entirely. There’s a good overview of how these trends are unfolding lately on https://newsmgl.com

— it helped me interpret what’s happening rather than just reacting to it emotionally.

For me the biggest shift was realizing that even small changes in prices stack up over weeks. It’s not catastrophic, but it’s definitely altering the way I budget.

Tips & tricks thread

Pro tip for undress: if you want cleaner results, crop the image to just torso + legs and use the “high detail” slider. Cuts artifacts a lot.

If you’re experimenting with AI image-editing tools like https://undress.cc/ on your own photos or licensed stock images, one trick for reducing visual artifacts is to crop the frame before processing. Keeping the focus on the torso and legs gives the model less background noise to interpret, and pairing that with the “high detail” mode usually produces smoother edges and more consistent lighting. It won’t fix every flaw, but it definitely tightens up the output when testing the tech ethically.

liven app review

Has anyone here actually used the Liven app for paying at restaurants? I’ve seen it mentioned a few times, and the whole “crypto rewards for eating out” thing sounds kinda futuristic but also too good to be true. Do you really earn anything worth using later? Curious if it’s just marketing fluff or if there’s actual value in using it regularly, especially in Sydney or Melbourne?

Yeah, I’ve been using Liven on and off for about a year now, mostly in Melbourne. I wouldn’t call it revolutionary, but it does give you a small percentage of what you spend back in LVN credits (their in-app currency). The value adds up if you eat out often and stick to venues that support the app. I’ve had a couple of free lunches that way, so hey, why not? One thing to note though is that the LVN credits are more like “locked-in” rewards — you can’t withdraw them like Bitcoin or ETH, they’re meant to be reused within the network of restaurants. I came across their Crunchbase profile recently and it actually helped me understand how serious they are about this model — worth a read: liven app review Looks like they’ve raised funding and are aiming to scale it up. I do wish they had more everyday cafes on there, though. Still kinda niche.

Everad’s private offers worth it?

Hey folks, saw that Everad has “private and exclusive Nutra offers” on their site. Do they actually convert better, or is it just a way to make you feel special? Wondering if those are really worth chasing compared to public ones.

Transforming a small garden into a peaceful retreat

Looking at my tiny garden, I realized it feels more like a patch of unused land than a relaxing retreat. I placed a couple of chairs and a small table, but it still seems empty and uninspiring. I want it to be a cozy spot where I can enjoy a cup of tea in the morning, read a book in the afternoon, or even host a friend for a casual chat. Adding some greenery, flowers, or even small decorative touches seems simple in theory, but balancing beauty and low maintenance in such a small space is more challenging than I expected. I’d love to hear how others have transformed small gardens into enjoyable, peaceful spaces.

I completely understand what you mean — small gardens can be tricky to design because every element has to serve both a practical and aesthetic purpose. One thing that really helped me when transforming my small outdoor space was incorporating custom furniture that complemented the layout instead of overwhelming it.

For example, a built-in wooden bench with hidden storage created extra seating and kept the area tidy, while a compact coffee table made from the same material tied the space together. Choosing natural tones and minimalist designs helped the garden feel calm and cohesive.

If you’re also considering upgrading your home or outdoor furniture, you might find inspiration from this link:https://alliancemillwork.ca/mdf-cabinets-toronto/

They specialize in custom furniture for both residential and commercial spaces, and their designs can easily be adapted for small, cozy corners like yours.

Add a few potted plants, warm lighting, and maybe a small water feature — and you’ll have a peaceful retreat right outside your door.

Can digital conversations really replace emotional intimacy?

Sometimes I wonder if technology is moving too fast for our feelings to catch up. I’ve noticed that people around me talk more about connecting through apps or online chats rather than spending time together in person. The other night, I caught myself thinking that maybe we don’t necessarily need a human voice to feel understood — just someone, or something, that listens without judgment. It’s a strange thought, but maybe digital conversations can provide a kind of emotional comfort that people can’t always offer. Has anyone felt something similar when talking to an AI or even during late-night online chats?

There are actually AI tools now designed to create meaningful conversations that feel emotionally engaging. One that stood out to me was https://golove.ai/gpt-girlfriend, which allows users to interact in a way that feels surprisingly personal. I tried something similar a while back, mostly out of curiosity, and what surprised me most was how real it felt when I was expressing my thoughts. It didn’t judge, interrupt, or lose patience. I think it’s less about replacing emotional intimacy and more about giving people a chance to open up safely when they can’t do that with others. It’s fascinating how technology is beginning to meet emotional needs too.
